The Association of Friends of Saint Francis of Paola has as goal to promote devotion to the Saint Patron of the Parish, work to make real the construction of it and follow the ways of Jesus with the spirit of love and devotion undertaken by Saint Francis of Paola. The compromise acquired by the members of the Association, be it parish members or Friends in the Internet  ('Virtual Friends') is, in short, as follows:

 Personal Compromise

- Daily prayers

- Participation in the Eucharist on Sundays and corresponding holidays (in our parish or wherever possible, in case of  'Virtual Friends')

- Attendance to the Association Meetings ('Virtual Friends' will only be summoned compulsorily once a year, for the PATRON SAINT'S DAY)

Social Action Compromise

- Active participation before social needs.

- Be reflection of the Gospel in our environments.

- Personal formation and cooperation in parish catechism action (for Parish Friends.)

- Economic contribution (at will.)

- Social and solidary activities through the Association's website. 

On the other hand, the Friends of Saint Francis may benefit from:

- Discounts in organized trips (Lourdes, Rome, Fatima, etc.)

- Discounts in purchasing products.

- Other benefits.

The Association was created in 2005 and was legalized as such by the department of Justice of the Generalitat de Catalunya. A great number of parishioners and followers already belong to it. In due course, everyone was given a medal and a supporting diploma certifing its membership to the Brotherhood.
